Receptionists now welcoming
I received a note from you several weeks ago, asking me to call in to get a routine blood test. Haven't had one for over two years maybe?
When picking up my monthly meds, I've asked people at the Health Centre about this but I'm just told to telephone in.
Tried to telephone many times - even though the telephone auto response message says that routine blood tests are suspended.
Been 'first in the queue many times but then the line drops .
I have been a patient with this practice, in its different forms of development, since 1957 and have witnessed its history of sustained improvement to keep pace with the increasing demands brought about by demographic change.
The calm and efficiency shown in the Covid-19 pandemic are admirable.
